Roatan with 3 and 12 year old

I am traveling to Roatan in March with via the Princess Emerald with my 3 and 12 year old. Any ideas on what can be done in port with both kids? Any recommendation on a beach or tour?

Check out the reviews and information here and on the web for Rony's Tours and Victor Bodden's tours. Both have DIY things, plus access to beaches, zip lines, monkeys, etc.

I would book a freestyle tour with Ronystours. He's a great guy, very friendly and reliable. You can plan your day and make changes as you go wherever you like. I like to stop for photos of interesting things. Sometimes a quick visit to a sight is enough - other places, my DD11 will want to look around a long time. The beaches in West Bay are absolutely gorgeous - don't miss them.

If they enjoy going to the beach, you'll be docked at Mahogany Bay on Emerald Princess and there's a beach right there & beach chairs for your use at no cost. Easy & convenient! :)

Just got back 2 weeks ago from Roatan. There is a great shore excursion for $30 per person (Don't know if children are less) with Victor Bodden Tours. He has a Sun N. Fun Tour which includes transportation to/from port - visit to Monkey Business(His monkey sanctuary where he has monkey rescue) and kids/adult can actually interact with young monkeys - they are vaccinated) a short tour of the island and then finish at Bananarama Resort for swimming at the West End. Both the kids and adults had a fantastic time.
