Hi everyone. I'm sorry if this question has been asked before. This is my first time cruising. I was assigned the room 6426 on Breeze but just noticed that it is located right on top of the nightclub/disco. Now concerned about excessive noise that may affect the sleeping of my two young kids, I am wondering if someone could share some experience on really how noisy it can get if I got all the doors shut... and how late the disco is open until.

Thank you very much!

First of all, congrats to your first post on CC! We have stayed in an aft wrap (down from you, but somewhat over the aft night club) and a couple of nights we did hear and feel some vibrations. Your room, while over the liquid lounge, is in the corner over the back of the bar, so it might not be all that bad. You will love the Breeze.

I sailed on the Breeze just two weeks ago and I stayed in 6330.

This room was above the lanai hot tub and over the casino. I did not experience any issues with extremely loud noise but you could on occasion hear a muffled announcement by someone speaking over a microphone or P.A. down in the casino. The room and the deck was really quiet. I had been a bit reluctant after my wife booked this room and I found out where it was located; but I'd book it again in a heart-beat. ;)

That is good to know because I am booked in 6357 which is right around the corner from the elevators mid ship.

We were on the Breeze in March and had this room! The room is in a fantastic location and is very close to the stairs. The thing that we found a little bit questionable was being directly above the hot-tub. I mean DIRECTLY. I even joked with my family that we had our own balcony hot-tub, haha! After the initial shock, we adjusted our mind-frame and really enjoyed knowing when it was occupied or when it was free of people so we could go hang out in it. The hot-tub is closed around 8PM (roped off) so there was no noise or problems at nighttime. Just keep your curtains closed until everyone is dressed! :)

We weren't bothered by the night-club noise, but there were a few times when we heard muffled bass. This may be more problematic if you're a very light sleeper, but ear plugs should remedy this issue!

We enjoyed people watching from the balcony; if you look directly to the right, you'll be able to see if the outside seating from the Red Frog Pub is available. This proved to be very nice and helped us to determine when we could go downstairs to sit on the swinging tables!!!

We loved this ship soooooo much!!! The first lunch on board we ate @ the Italian restaurant and it was fabulous!! Guy's Burgers was also fabulous every time we ate there! We did the Steakhouse on our last night and it was very good, too.

Please let me know if you have any questions that I might be able to answer for you!!

I don't think you will have any problems Gary. Surprisingly, I found it really quiet on 6. The Breeze is a really quiet vessel, you don't hear the noise when she pulls into or out of port. Unless you look outside sometimes you wouldn't even know you were moving.

Back for over a month already and I still cannot get out of "vacation mode", only because it really was FANTASTIC. As promised I'm writing a short review about this cabin. Just like Jenfaith4 mentioned this is a great room with very convenient location. The muffled bass didn't bother me at all and not only that, it kind of even help my sleeping :) the bunk bed that's folded on the ceiling was a surprise for the kids (even though I think it's probably available in every cabin). Anyway, a great experience, and we can't wait to plan a next cruise vacation :)
