This came from the Elliott.org website. Christopher Elliott is a consumer advocate who also writes for Wall Street Journal, USA Today & Conde Naste just to name a few. He has on his website the Executive contacts of most companies and if he does not have one you just need to ask and an Advocate will track it down.

BTW for consumer issues he advises going up the chain of command to have a better chance of resolving issues. And do it in writing in order to have a paper trail :)
