Coolmama_1 Posted October 1, 2005 #1 Share Posted October 1, 2005 My brother and SIL are driving in for our January cruise and my parents and DH and I are meeting them there the night before. Does anyone know of a hotel that will let you park there free while on the cruise. My brother was able to do this a few years ago and is not having much luck this time finding one. Thanks, Judy

Rare Lois R Posted October 1, 2005 #5 Share Posted October 1, 2005 Hi:) Amerisuites has always allowed free parking while on your cruise. I have left my car there before and it was just fine. Have a great cruise:)
ocngypz Posted October 2, 2005 #6 Share Posted October 2, 2005 Amerisuites is under new ownership and will be reflagging to a more upscale type of property. It would be best to call.
Bequia Posted October 2, 2005 #7 Share Posted October 2, 2005 In January 2005, Global Hyatt Corporation added an additional 143 U.S. properties to its growing portfolio with the acquisition of the upscale, limited service AmeriSuites hotel chain. These properties will be repositioned and renamed under a new Hyatt brand by early 2006. http://www.hotel-online.com/News/PR2004_4th/Dec04_AmeriSuitesHyatt.html

TrentS Posted October 4, 2005 #9 Share Posted October 4, 2005 AmeriSuites... http://amerisuites.com/reservations/locationdetail.asp?facid=3929 Holiday Inn Hollywood... http://www.ichotelsgroup.com/h/d/hi/1/en/hd/fllas The safest place for your car however is in the covered parking garages at the port. Another less expensive secure option is Park 'n Fly... http://www.pnf.com/ftlauderdale/porteverglades.htm
