Where to buy wine before you get on the ship

We are flying into Fort lauderdale we don't want to take our wine in our luggage in the plane.I was wondering is there a place to buy wine at the airport or is there a place on the way to the port we could have the cab stop at.Also how early in the morning do they let you buy wine in florida.Thank you
