Payments online?!

Anyone else notice you can now make payments online? I saw "make payment " tab in my account. For kicks I clicked on one reservation I know was paid in full. According to ncl.com I still owe the whole balance. Clearly there's an issue so I'm not "freaking out " but lots of you know lots of NCL "things" anyone else notice this or am I late to the party ?

Online payments to NCL has been possible for years.

Really ?? All I ever saw were options to pay gratuity and speciality restaurants and shows. Learn something new everyday!! Never had the make a payment button. Only check messages or view reservation. Regardless all my balances are way off. I book through CAS so I wonder if that changes things ?

 

Anyway thanks for the info. If it doesn't resolve itself I'll call to make sure.

You cannot pay online if booked through CAS or a TA.
