Hair dryers on Eurodam

Is it worth taking my own hair dryer on Eurodam? I know sometimes hotel hair dryers can be next to useless, as most women know having "good hair days" can make a huge difference on vacation😄

The one I had on the Eurodam just this past October was great.

I have had some bad ones on various ships.

When we get on the ship, I always check the hair dryer. If it seems "weak" to me - I ask our cabin steward for another one. Never had a problem getting another one.

The ones I've used haven't been good. I even had one in a Neptune suite and I had to hold the button on so it would work. I used to leave my dryer at home to save on luggage space but I just can't use their dryers. I have short hair but I have a lot.

I thought one was not allowed to bring your own hairdryer on board due to electrical concerns

Irons are a no no. Curling irons and dryers are fine,

I always take my own travel size hair dryer and curling iron. It just makes my life so much easier.

I'm not particular about hair dryers, but I thought the ones on Eurodam, which we sailed in July, were just fine.
