Travel Insurance Reimbursement Conundrum

Hey All,

I am having some issues getting the paperwork to work out and hoping that others have had experience.

I sprained my ankle on the 10/31 voyage on the Getaway. I did purchase NCL's insurance.

I went to submit a claim, and, as expected, they require that I submit it to Blue Cross first. To submit a claim to Blue Cross, you need a Provider Tax ID number. NCL Doctors don't have tax ID numbers as they are headquartered in Bermuda.

I finally went ahead and sent a paper claim form instead of online, as all I want is a claim denial letter. I'm not sure if it will work at all...has anyone else successfully overcome this problem?
