Just returned from Celebrity Summitt yesterday. We had a wonderful tour in Dominca with Reyno tours.

We did a private tour for 8 and we loved it. It was a physically exhausting day. We did a tour of city, then went to emerald pool , Tito gorge, trafalgar falls, dive through botonical gardens. We had a great guide who was an encyclopedia of knowledge bout the island. She was very helpful in walking with us to Emerald pool and trafalgar falls. We were an older group and we did the hiking, walking steps etc and our guide stayed with the slowest person the entire time.

We were very pleased with Reyno Tours and agreed that this was our favorite island of the trip.

You can still see the damage to some of the roads but you can get to all of the tourist site. Funny thing that we did hear was that some of the people are still cut off and have to take the zip line to get out of their community

Appreciate your report and details for what you did and enjoyed on Dominica. As I noted and documented on my “Dominica Love: Our Experience, Pictures” posting:

we were super surprised by how this island became such a top of the list, great favorites among the ten Caribbean islands we visited earlier this year. Glad to hear, under the challenging circumstances, that things are going fairly well as they rebuild and recover from the storm damages.

THANKS! Enjoy! Terry in Ohio

Enjoyed a 14-day, Jan. 20-Feb. 3, 2014, Sydney to Auckland adventure, getting a big sampling for the wonders of "down under” before and after this cruise. Go to:
