Prepay OBC?

That's what I figured. The only possible incentive would be for the Voyager club points. And that would only be good if they don't prorate your purchases.

If you buy an excursion and it's less than the $150 that you need to get 100 Voyager points would you need to buy $25 or $50 OBC to get the charge over $150??

Is there any benefit to pre-purchasing on board credits?

Depending on your local currency and the currency MSC charges OBC in, you may benefit hedging. I have seem Brits say they do this for Celebrity & Carnival since their TA would sell them OBC in GBP and it was sometimes better than the exchange rate.

I thought MSC awards Voyager Club points for purchases made while on the ship, as well?
