Does NCL give port info/maps to each port visited?

RCL did this and it was great.

All cruise lines do but if you go to the visitor information in each port they will have a island map which is better than just the shop one the ship gives you. Have fun on the Epic!

In my opinion, it is always better to get this information in advance and know what you are going to do in port.

 

Don't expect a lot of "detail" with the cruise ship maps, yep- the "official" stores will be well marked, but lacking in other highlights. A good resource, is your library.

Very few of the maps provided by NCL have been really informative, often they just show the downtown area where the preferred shops are to be found and not a lot of extra information. They are, after all, just more of the horrible advertising that NCL put out daily while on board.

 

Use Google and the port pages on CC.

Just off the Epic November 29th, and what they had to offer was pretty poor. You are better off downloading and printing your own maps from the internet. The wife downloaded some real good maps to her tablet, complete with attraction locations, that were excellent.
