Agreed! We LOVED Hanno. He was incredibly available and took great care of us. Patrick was the Concierge in November. I think he may have been new to being in that role. He struggled with follow up with us and had a hard time juggling our reservation changes. He made a few mistakes, which happens, but it was how he handled it that bothered us the most. I never really realized the importance of having a good concierge until we didn't have one. :)

 

Sorry to hear that.

We had no problems with Patrick at all. We thought he was really very good.

Hi Judy and Rol!

 

We haven't seen you all since a verrrrry long time!

We are going on the Dawn repo cruise in October and really looking forward to it! Hope Patrick is still there! We do not have a suite this time (NCL has not upsold us.....yet:D;)), but it will still be great to see Patrick.

Will be on the Escape this Saturday. If you don't get an update on the CD, I will post. Hopefully not a dud since Tyler is on vacation and it looks like Silas is still on the Getaway. After Julie took it out, I've only ever heard of those 2 on the ship. Who else could it be??

I'll be going on the Epic the first full week in December... If anyone know who will be on then? OR if anyone will be on in November, a report back will be appreciated! I am hoping Mustafa will be back from his vacation by then...

Concierge should be David - THE BEST!!

I know he goes on vacation in January.

F & B should be Yannis - but not positive.

Suzanne any info on the Gem? Pre Concierge was not helpful and I know most of my buddies are on vacation or on Escape and Getaway :(

 

 

 

Right now Jovo is HD not sure who concierge is but will try to find out

Has anyone seen Jomar the bartender recently? He was in the Moderno bar on the Gem last summer.

 

 

 

Curious as to who is in the Jade now. But I expect that can change right before/after the repo.

 

 

 

Jomar is on the Breakaway. Last time I saw him a few weeks ago, he was at Maltings on the waterfront.
