Casino rating and Perks

Can anyone explain to me the difference between a booking made w a casino rate and offer, and a premier casino booking. It seems as if every other booking we make we automatically get casino perks. We sail about 3 times a year and each time the perks change. Also does anyone know if our points for the "drinks on us" continue onto our 2nd week of the cruise if we are on the same ship. Carnival's casino rating is very confusing to us. We play both tables ( my husband) and slots ( me) Thanks.

Think of a premier casino booking as a special invitation party with built in perks like free booze, casino money and cabin favors and drawings in the casino nightly. A casino rate is just that. A lower rate and maybe some casino cash but not any of the premier perks. They are separate invitations.

The above post explained the difference between the Casino Rate and Premier Cruise perfectly. To answer your 3rd question I'm pretty positive the drinks on us card is earned for 1 cruise, and they write the start and end date on it. So if you did a B2B you would have to earn another 1,500 on the 2nd leg to get the card again. Of course if you gamble a ton on the 1st leg you could probably get the casino host to extend the DOU card for the 2nd leg automatically.

Sorry, this is incorrect. On a Back to Back cruise, the card you earn during the first leg is also good for the second leg. I confirmed this with casino@carnival.com before my Nov B2B and that is what they wrote on the card when I earned it during the first leg.
