Confirmation Email?

Do you receive a confirmation email when you book online?

 

I did not when I booked back in October and just noticed.

 

Now I am not sure what the 'special' was.

 

My reservation does show on the website.

I've been wondering about this too. The only time I have received an email was when I booked our cruise or made changes directly with a Royal agent. But in that case, the agent sent an invoice to me directly.

When booking anything though the cruise planner (e.g. dining, shows, excursion), I did not receive any email even though the system said it would send one.
