missguy Posted January 13, 2016 Author #3 Share Posted January 13, 2016 I know no beers are included but it is a kind of soda (ginger beer, root beer). I ordered some on our last cruise and if I remember correctly, it was the same price as a soda.

riffatsea Posted January 13, 2016 #6 Share Posted January 13, 2016 There's a really good cocktail that they make with ginger beer so not sure if you could just get that "virgin" without the other ingredients?
singbluesilver1 Posted January 13, 2016 #7 Share Posted January 13, 2016 In the USA ginger beer is called ginger ale it's a soda with no alcohol
missguy Posted January 13, 2016 Author #8 Share Posted January 13, 2016 There is a difference between ginger ale and ginger beer. Ginger ale is a carbonated beverage made from water, ginger and lots of sugar. Ginger beer is brewed and fermented and has a lot (believe me) of ginger in it, but there is no alcohol in it. I asked John Heald on FB and he believes it is included but he's checking to confirm.
BellaSweet Posted January 13, 2016 #9 Share Posted January 13, 2016 Ginger beer is completely different than ginger ale. Its like root beer but with ginger. Its spicy and has a warm aftertaste. I hope its available as part of the Bottomless Bubbles program..I love ginger beer.

missguy Posted January 13, 2016 Author #11 Share Posted January 13, 2016 (edited) Not sure if it is Gosling's or Old Jamaica. All I remember is it was in a beige can. Edited January 13, 2016 by missguy Punctuation

lpav56 Posted January 13, 2016 #16 Share Posted January 13, 2016 I believe it's fleet wide since I was able to get it on the Breeze which does not have an Alchemy bar. It was only available in select bars. The Piano Bar staff was awesome and would 'import' it for me from the Red Frog Pub. Enjoy!
Max Circus Posted January 13, 2016 #17 Share Posted January 13, 2016 Thanks I'm wondering if they have Ginger beer fleetwide or just in ships with the Alchemy bar. Fleetwide. They had it on my NYE Paradise cruise. I had several Woodford and ginger beer. Delicious!! Not sure if it is covered by bottomless bubbles.
