Heather1321 Posted January 15, 2016 #1 Share Posted January 15, 2016 We have 5 cabins booked on the Carnival Dream over Easter. Several of our kids are in different cabins and we would like to get extra keys made so that we can enter the kids rooms and that they can enter ours(ours is a balcony...theirs isn't) as needed. Can anyone tell me if Carnival will make us extra keys for the rooms that we would like access too?

troublemaker256 Posted January 15, 2016 #3 Share Posted January 15, 2016 Additional room cards would be confusing, as the cabin numbers are not printed on them, and the kids would have 3-4 cards that look alike. CJHAN Posted January 15, 2016 #4 Share Posted January 15, 2016 The cards are programed one would think they could put more then one door on any card they wanted. But i dont know Thats just a thought.

They will help make the process less confusing for everyone.

NoName Posted January 15, 2016 #7 Share Posted January 15, 2016 It wasn't hard for us to tell the cards apart...the key only card didn't have any of the other "stuff" printed on them...just blank. And besides, our extra card was blue...our real card was platinum. No problems..........
mayesq Posted January 15, 2016 #8 Share Posted January 15, 2016 They do this all the time. Maybe bring stickers to differentiate between the rooms?
lelder1 Posted March 2, 2017 #9 Share Posted March 2, 2017 Hi all, I found this thread when searching about how to get an extra room key when you have booked multiple cabins. Did you say to go to guest services once onboard or do you ask for it at check in? Thanks!

sk8rmomof3 Posted March 2, 2017 #11 Share Posted March 2, 2017 Thank you for information. We have 2 rooms and my family is split up (only 3 doors away) but we have kids so it would be nice to have access to both room.
