Extra Room Keys Carnival

We have 5 cabins booked on the Carnival Dream over Easter. Several of our kids are in different cabins and we would like to get extra keys made so that we can enter the kids rooms and that they can enter ours(ours is a balcony...theirs isn't) as needed. Can anyone tell me if Carnival will make us extra keys for the rooms that we would like access too?

Additional room cards would be confusing, as the cabin numbers are not printed on them, and the kids would have 3-4 cards that look alike.

One time Carnival punched a hole in the extra cabin cards so we would tell them apart. Another time they put a star on them with permanent marker. They will help make the process less confusing for everyone.

It wasn't hard for us to tell the cards apart...the key only card didn't have any of the other "stuff" printed on them...just blank. And besides, our extra card was blue...our real card was platinum. No problems..........

Hi all, I found this thread when searching about how to get an extra room key when you have booked multiple cabins. Did you say to go to guest services once onboard or do you ask for it at check in? Thanks!
