Craft Market

Hi! Last time I was in Tortola we went to the botanical gardens then to a craft market with colorful buildings. I would like to go back to the craft market but don't remember where it was. Can anyone help? Thanks.

I believe you may be referring to CraftS Alive Village

It consists of a series of old-fashioned West Indian-style buildings that are stocked with crafts in downtown Roadtown.

 

Walk straight up from the pier for a couple of blocks and take a left on the main road (I think it's Waterfront Drive). Walk a little ways and it will be on your left on the waterfront. It's just before the ferry pier.

Yes, these are a couple of our favorite stores to hit when we're staying on Tortola. They're the only reason we drive over to Road Town other than the French deli and the ferry to VG...

Oh boy! I just figured out where I will be spending my money :D I've been to Nassau and St Thomas enough and there's nothing there I want to buy but I love places like THIS, not those touristy places with mass produced touristy junk!
