You mean shopping? Yes some will be open.

 

Yes, I was specifically referring to shopping.

 

My "friends" have already submitted their requests. (Hard Rock Cafe in Anchorage & Seattle, & Starbucks in both.)

 

Also I plan in souvenir t-shirts/sweatshirts in our packing plans. We end up getting them, so we might as well plan for it.

Victoria shops downtown stay open quite a bit later when there's a cruise stop in port in the summer so you should be good. Some shops will be closed but the more touristy ones won't. Lots of Starbucks but no Hard Rock Cafe. Closest Starbucks is at the corner of Government and Yates streets (Government is the main downtown street)
