Best beach club for toddler

Hi we are thinking of a beach club but which is the best one for a toddler?

Also are we best doing a tour (including transport etc) or getting there on our own?? What tour companies are best?

Playa Mia has a great kiddie water park and is perfect for families with toddlers -- some cruise lines offer it as an excursion or you can book it on your own with or without optional transportation included. A taxi each way, depending slightly upon what pier you are at, will run about $17 each way for up to 4 passengers in the cab.

 

If you prefer a pay-as-you-go beach club look at Paradise Beach. $3 adult admission/chair rental, nice beach, great facilities, good food/drinks/service, and a HUGE pool. Taxi again will run $17 each way - I would bring my own car seat and tip the driver an extra buck or two for the time spent installing and uninstalling the car seat.

 

The airlines will check your car seat for free - check the Family Cruise board fro more suggestions.
