If it is truly rough (an unusual situation that we only experienced south of Cape Horn) none of those would be very helpful. In normal conditions you are probably best using whatever you use at home and try to avoid the crush of people entering the MDR and leaving the theater. Waiting a few minutes at no push of people

My mother used her 4-wheel rollator on cruises and it worked really well despite the state of the seas. I would highly recommend it.

 

The only place she really encountered a problem was in the buffet. There's really no way to push the rolling walker and hold a buffet tray or plate. We always made sure someone was there to carry it for her.
