Latitudes Check in

Hi, hoping someone can help! I always read about separate lines for latitudes members, but have not actually ever seen one:) Last time we checked in at Miami it was a madhouse...lines so long that it was ridiculous! So, back to the question...is there any sort of separate line? I saw some people going to the center of both lines and being helped, but there were no signs and no one to ask, so we just got in line and waited and waited...

New-York and Boston = Yes !

 

Regular line, bronze/silver line and gold/platinum line

New Orleans not sure, we have been in a suite, so we have been put in the suite section.

The last time we departed from POM was last Mar., and there were banners that told you which line to choose (this has always been the case for us). Hopefully you won't run into that again, because that is the exception, rather than the rule we have found.

 

There should be employees to ask and direct for check-in. Perhaps there were several people sick for your last cruise. :confused:

As soon as you get out of security, find someone to direct you. They'll likely have the health form you must fill out too.

In NY, for Breakaway, I don't recall separation other than by upper floors vs. lower floors. Haven was of course, I assume, somewhere else.
