End of check-in time in Southampton

What time will be the end of check in normally?

Will it be at 5 pm or at 4 pm already?

About 2 or 3. Maybe 4 at the latest.

I'd say probably 4pm in my experience but that is pushing it. I've had 5pm departures from Southampton and all aboard was 3pm.

 

It will not be as late as 5pm.

Yes but for people arranging flights, finding out that late might be too late...

Muster is usually before sailaway on Royal ships.

Muster drill in Southampton was about 4 pm and progress to it was 3:45. People were still arriving on board but it was clear they were considered late. Then it is done for 4:30 and they have time to open the bars for sail away.

 

Don't leave arrival too late. If you are not already in Southampton, the highway traffic can be awful. And you want to get to your room and freshen up before you need to stand for the drill for a half hour.

From memory muster drill is 3.45pm, I thought last boarding time was around 3pm, with the ship sailing at 4.30pm ?
