Kenswing Posted February 9, 2016 #1 Share Posted February 9, 2016 I submitted my shareholder info yesterday and today my OBC showed up in my Personalizer. The problem is they credited me $250 for a 12 day cruise. Does anyone have direct contact info for the people that handle this? I don't feel right letting it go.. Are you sure the $250 OBC is not a total of multiple credits? Try calling 800-872-6779 ext 30317

I think you might be the only honest person on cruise critic. Usually when something like this happens, people want to know what you did, so the can get the same mistake. I've never felt right taking something that I wasn't entitled to. I also believe that Karma can be a b*tch.. :D Glad that you were able to correct their mistake. I just wanted to take the time to commend you on your honesty!!! +++++KARMA to you for that! I bet that the Princess rep you spoke with was shocked to get that call? If it were me I would have thrown a little goodwill credit your way, but who am I! If I ever sail with you I guess I would have to buy you a drink. Happy Cruising! oursbrun Posted February 10, 2016 #12 Share Posted February 10, 2016 I submitted a form for a share holders credit but it showed up on the Web in the correct amount but under goodwill. Is there any difference in using these SBC's?

Is there any difference in using these SBC's? In reality its just a credit to your shipboard account from which any sort of purchase gets deducted. The application form states that it "cannot be used for casino credit/charges and gratuities". I don't know how it works for with the casino but it's always been usable for my daily automatic gratuities. I'm still waiting for my credit to be issued and don't recall how it is listed in the Cruise Personalizer.
