email for shareholder benefit people?

I submitted my shareholder info yesterday and today my OBC showed up in my Personalizer. The problem is they credited me $250 for a 12 day cruise. Does anyone have direct contact info for the people that handle this? I don't feel right letting it go..

Are you sure the $250 OBC is not a total of multiple credits?

Come on, I wasn't in the Navy.. :p

 

Everything is a separate line item. It shows $100 for my Military, $100 for my FCC and $250 for Shareholder..

I think you might be the only honest person on cruise critic.

 

Usually when something like this happens, people want

to know what you did, so the can get the same mistake.

What time did you fax your request yesterday? I submitted mine yesterday afternoon but nothing yet & will until tomorrow before calling them.

I feel that Princess is very generous with their OBC program. I've never felt right taking something that I wasn't entitled to. I also believe that Karma can be a b*tch.. :D

If it were me I would have thrown a little goodwill credit your way, but who am I! If I ever sail with you I guess I would have to buy you a drink.

In reality its just a credit to your shipboard account from which any sort of purchase gets deducted.

 

The application form states that it "cannot be used for casino credit/charges and gratuities". I don't know how it works for with the casino but it's always been usable for my daily automatic gratuities.

 

I'm still waiting for my credit to be issued and don't recall how it is listed in the Cruise Personalizer.
