I have been earning coins on My Vegas Slots and hoping to use them towards a Royal Caribbean cruise. I finally have enough points and now the app is no longer showing they accept them. Has anyone used them recently?

Had the same scenario here....perhaps they are just taking months at a time to offer the discounts. They were on the site last year, off for 3 months, and then back on again.

I am having the same problem. They took the app for Royal Carribbean. I look for a phone number but couldn't fine one don't know what happening! I guess we just have to keep checking

I sent an email to My Vegas and got a response. They said, "They have temporarily removed the section due to a delay in finalizing new 2016 dates. We appreciate our patience and hope to have new dates online very soon."

 

Hope this helps everyone. We just have to be patient.

Yeah. They were offering the rewards and when you purchased it and went to Royal caribbeans website, it said no sailings were available. This has been going on since December. I assume they removed them from the app finally since they were not cooperating with adding any 2016 sailings.

I have enough points for $200 OBC. I'm curious if I can use it on my upcoming cruise. It says new bookings only, but I already booked. I'm wondering if it can this be combined with other OBC offers? We currently have $300. But, an additional $200 would be AWESOME! :D

 

Does anyone have any experience using the OBC offer?

They aren't selling any rewards right now so you can't even buy the OBC. Even if they were selling them, I doubt you can combine it with BOGO.

The rewards for Royal Caribbean are handled by their Casino Dept., Casino Royale. Since the Casino is set to unveil its new tier program by March 15, 2017., that may also be the reason that rewards were removed from the MyVegas website. After the new program is rolled out, the offerings may return.

That makes them absolutely worthless, since most sailings would give you OBC anyway, and the rack rate for cabins with no promos is ridiculously expensive.

 

I think I'll use my MyVegas Points on something else. I've been considering a couple of days at Beau Rivage...

I just checked my app and I don't see anything either. They had rewards up until mid may I think. They seem to be doing them for a limited time now.
