On one cruise we were on my wife used to sit and read in the lounge even when they were doing Zumba. She says it looked very energetic but later in the cruise, when she had seen many of the shows, she said that just about everyone there were cruise staff!! :D

Very interested to know your thoughts on the Zumba classes and the fitness center on the Jewel. We are work out fanatics (mostly because we love to EAT!) and would love to read your reviews.

Just did Mexican Riviera on Jewel. Not sure if they did zumba, but they did have 3 or 4 trx classes.

I thought the gym was well equipped, I enjoyed using the concept 2 rowers (they have 2 of them, one felt a bit ragged-out, but overall both gave a good workout).

Their deck 12 'track' is not even 1/5 mile long. Others seem to have noticed that deck 7 has a track that goes all around the ship, probably 1/4 mile or so, although it is kind of skinny near the front and back. I think it's partly blocked when the ship is in port.
