connieh1968 Posted February 18, 2016 #1 Share Posted February 18, 2016 Not sure if there is such a thing. First time on Princess...will be going Thanksgiving week. Would like to see what activities they have for 11 year olds. Does anyone have any reading material? Thanks so much!
shredie Posted February 18, 2016 #2 Share Posted February 18, 2016 Yes, they have a special handout for the kids. Mine call it "their Patter." I don't have any to scan, but I do know I've seen them here. Google, maybe?
RobertoF Posted February 18, 2016 #3 Share Posted February 18, 2016 There is a list of activities that is put out at the beginning of the cruise for each of the three age groups. It is not a daily patter like is handed out in the staterooms. There is just one per cruise. You 11-year-old would fall into the middle group. I may have a program from that group from our recent cruise. Let me see if I still have it and I will scan and post it.
Cruisin' Chick Posted February 19, 2016 #4 Share Posted February 19, 2016 There will be a packet in your cabin when you first get there. A day-by-day schedule is included. I would imagine you can get an overview from the Princess website (look for the Cruise Answer Book), but for a daily guide, you'll get it as I mentioned. It probably won't help to get specific info ahead of time (other than the overview) as some activities may be time or itinerary specific (there could be some Thanksgiving based arts and crafts, for instance, on your cruise). connieh1968 Posted June 5, 2016 Author #6 Share Posted June 5, 2016 We have FTTF. Do we go immediately to reserve cabana we want...or do we have to wait till ship sails? Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk

Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk I believe you are on the wrong site. Princess does not have First to the Fun. At Princess full suite passengers board first, then Captain's Circle Elite, Platinum, then general boarding. It goes quickly and all cabins are ready when boarding. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk Hope you have better luck finding the right ship than the right website. The only way you can pay to jump the line on Princess is to book a suite. sherryf Posted June 5, 2016 #11 Share Posted June 5, 2016 You can find Shockwaves schedules for our cruise to Alaska several years ago here. Obviously, the "local" activities will be different, but this will give you an idea of the types of activities.

sherryf Posted June 11, 2016 #14 Share Posted June 11, 2016 Womble, we're off to Alaska next week with twin 16 year olds and would really like to see the Remix version if you don't mind posting. Thanks, Matt The link I posted above also has Remix schedules, but they are also for Alaska. I found that teens really don't spend much time in the club. They meet people there and then hang out elsewhere. My son went to some activities when he was 15, and particularly enjoyed "Casino Night" but mostly skipped the club in favor of other things. The year that my daughter was in the teen club, she went the first night, declared everyone there "too normal" and never went back.
