To receive benefits how does one link Crown and Anchor account with existing M Life account?

 

I don't think you can. It is the Casino Royale section of RCL that interacts with MLife. I received a casino rate on my upcoming cruise because I am a Pearl member of MLife. Spoke with Casino Royale TA yesterday to get this all straightened out. I believe if you are in the casino on the ship you should speak to the host/head honcho so they can monitor your play for additional perks.

Call Royal at 1800-327-6700 and tell them you joined Mlife. They will ask you questions like what is you crown and anchor #, when is your next cruise date, what is your mlife account #. That will link the two c&a and mlife together and you will have the benefits of mlife. They will tell you that on the phone.
