Are we able to order two glasses of wine per person rather than wait for the sommelier to replenish during the meal ? Or would that be too easy ?

We had a great wine waiter who always had the second glass to the table as soon as the first was empty

We've never had any problem, or any delay in having our wine glasses replenished at dinner!
