A few hours to kill.

We will be disembarking in San Juan in the early morning and our flight does not leave until 3:00 PM. Anyone have any suggestions on what we can do for that time between ship and plane? Keep in mind that we will have our luggage in tow.

You can drop your luggage off at Barrachina restaurant in Old San Juan and walk around OSJ for a while. Check out one or both forts as well as the old city. OSj is a relatively small area and you can see quite a bit in a few hours.

I just checked out Barrichina's web site. That sounds perfect. Drop off the luggage, a stroll around the city, then back for lunch before heading to the airport.

Give yourself a lot of time to get to the airport though.

Agree with above... We had a 230 flight and found about 100 people in line at the southwest counter with one person working it. The tsa line took over an hour. Give yourself plenty of time at the airport...
