I hope you complained by the 3rd day! If not to your steward then to the hotel director. You must have a had a real bad steward. Even the ones I barely interacted with always left plenty of towels! So sorry for this, but understand that its not the norm at all!

 

We did not complain ,I guess we should have.

lenquixote66: Yes, the hotel director is your friend so in the future always

contact him/her. They can make things happen. I recently returned from a cruise & she made things happen that noone else can.
