I was thinking of ordering hors d'oevres and chocolate covered strawberries for embarkation day. Would they be in our room when we arrive or are they handled like room service and require the occupant be present at the time of delivery?

The last time we ordered hors d'oevres they were delivered between 2:00 and 3:00 PM for our sailaway party. What a great site of goodie trays covering the bed!!!

 

We have had gift strawberries in our stateroom when we arrived around 11:45 AM.

We don't order appetizers, but anything else we have ordered was in our cabin when we got there around 11:30 or so.
