I don't have my card at all - I emailed them and they said they would be hapy with a screen shot - Id just put an approx. date - don't think they are too fussed if you send the screenshot showing your status.

 

We used a screen shot. And I just made up date.

 

Process couldn't have been easier.

I've submitted a screen capture. I'm hoping my Elite status equates to Black on MSC. I haven't booked anything yet, I'm still shopping around.
