haven pool on breakaway

Hi...

I was looking at some reviews about the haven and the breakaway. Can you tell me if you can actually swim in the private pool? it looks like its a very small pool from the pictures that have been posted... Do you know how deep it is?

No, not big enough to swim, you can pretty much just dip/hang in there to cool down. Not sure about the depth though as I never visited it on Getaway (sister ship).

I've heard it is 3-4 ft deep:(

It's 4 feet deep and you can swim from one side to the other, it's about 10-12 long

The Haven pools on the Jewel and Pearl are swim-against-the-current exercise pools. You can swim continuously for as long as you want until kids (or adults) jump in and interrupt you.

OP's question is about Breakaway class, not Jewel class.

I swam in there when it was empty, but about 3 swim strokes to the end so not something you will be able to swim laps in very easily without turning every 3 strokes. I will be on the Breakaway in 3 weeks and plan to do a live from report again, and I will try and get you a better shot with some better perspective, but if there is anyone else in there it is only good for cooling off a bit.
