recipe for chili served on room service menu

We sailed the Caribbean Princess recently and some of our family members got the chili served on the room service menu. They loved it! Unfortunately, I did not get to taste or see it. Has the recipe ever been published? If so, does anyone have the recipe? Thanks in advance!
