Not PTZ, as far as I can tell, but there is a webcam at Long Beach, here: http://hdontap.com/index.php/video/stream/long-beach-harbor-live, and I think there may be more cameras on their website.

At the lower left corner below the screen it says the radio station playing - if you put your cursor on that you get the volume and mute symbols.

The Queen of Toots (hmmm, not lately) is scheduled to set sail at 16:00/4:00 PM EDT (subject to change as always). The Westerdam is heading to the West Coast and won't be back in Port Everglades until March 30, 2017 and that is just a stop on the way to the Mediterranean.

I copy it from the HAL website and paste it into an Excel spreadsheet; change the format of date and then copy two of the columns into the text file I keep with current sail-aways (I usually do a week's worth at a time.
