We were able to log in initially then after a while I could not. Later found out after getting our loyalty match they accidentally removed my name and replaced with another passenger, they corrected it right away and I could log back in. But in the small print it said if you booked and listed your middle name, you have to use it when you log in. I added my middle name, and it worked. joseph123 Posted March 13, 2016 #5 Share Posted March 13, 2016 Website seems to be bugging out again. I tried logging in and could not access my booking, keep getting the captcha. Last time this happened I was not able to access for over a month and got no help whatsoever when contacting customer service. Hopefully it will get fixed so I can verify I have a cruise booked??? MSC is a decade behind other cruise lines in terms of the reliability and efficiency of their website. Can't believe they can compete with others with such a bad interface. It seems to be working for me today, although when I use my general log in and password I cannot see all of my booking details, I need to log in with my booking # to see them.
