I have tried several different times. It doesn't work for me either. I keep getting the error page.

I got it to work but of course I am way to far out at the moment for it to be useful. It is something to look forward to in a few months.

For those who can't get it to work; try temporarily turning off your firewall or use a different browser (especially if using AOL to connect). Be sure you have two windows open, first the one logging into Carnival, then minimize that, THEN click on the thread link that opens your book/modify page.

Yeah, that's the only way I could ever get it to work, with the two-browser-window-open method. (firefox)

I haven't been able to get today either, I did notice some changes in the website, hopefully it will work later.

It's worked everytime for me in the past, tried it yesterday it worked, today it's giving me an error.

I just tried it with the two windows/login/click link method too. It worked for me a few days ago...but not today :(

Just the opposite for me. It's never worked before, one window, two windows, no difference, same error. Today it works in one window.

 

Not for making changes, though. I tried to change our dinner seating and got a 5102 error. Others have seen this before. I think it thinks I'm a travel agent.

I have never been able to access the website either of my home computers, no matter what browser I use. I think it is some sort of firewall issue? I have never had a problem accessing it at work by clicking on the Modify Booking link in my carnival.com cruise page. Strange.

It hasn't worked for me yesterday or today. I was wondering if they had closed mine, since I'm less than 3 weeks out from our cruise. And I had received an upgrade from a 5A, 2 portholes, to a 6A Oceanview.

I can never get it to work on my home computer but it works everytime for while I'm at work.

I have AOL and haven't had any problems with Error messages. Of course I still don't have a cabin assignment, but I don't get error messages LOL

I think I was able to get the book /modify to work once in the last 6 months.

I have tried shutting down my firewall, and have tried the 2 window methond and the one method window. I have tried to access it using netscape, comcast and I still get the same message that everybody else gets.

I have never had a problem accessing the book/modify after accessing my profile or reservation.. I do not think you are actually supposed to touch anything on there tho.. that is for Carnival or TA's only.. (I maybe wrong tho)
