Cigars on Caribbean Princess

Can anyone provide the link to Princess policy that limits cigar smoking to the Churchill bar?

It says:

 

"For those passengers that would like to enjoy a cigar or a pipe, The Churchill's Cigar Lounge is located on Deck 6. Smoking cigars or pipes outside of this lounge and on open decks is not permitted"
