Question about CorTrans

Hi everyone! After reading many of the threads here on CC, I decided to reserve CorTrans for my group traveling to Port Canaveral. However, I received an invoice asking for a payment for both trips that is due a month in advance. Have any of you paid in advance, and is it necessary to do so? It seems as though many of you paid the driver when you actually took the shuttle. Thanks!

Hmm, interesting.

 

I would e-mail Jaime and ask directly -- or phone him - he always has his phone with him as he took many calls while we were enroute (he was not driving). I do know that his website was hacked recently as we got a few spam e-mails from his address. In e-mailing him directly, he apologized for the confusion.

 

We did not have to pay in advance and that was one of the main reasons we chose Cortrans. So yes, definitely check with him regarding this.
