Reflection Gym

Does anybody know if the Reflection has a rowing machine in gym possibly Concept 2?

There was a concept 2 behind the physio balls when we sailed the Reflection last year. It's the best gym at sea IMHO. Plenty of cardio machines, room to stretch, chilled towels, and a nice atmosphere. Enjoy!

Anyone can use the gym, it doesn't matter what type of cabin you are in.

I have a new Concept 2 at home. I rowed crew in school and latter in life for 10 years with the Annapolis Rownig Club. I rowed bow seat in an eight. I too hope there is a Concept in the gym.

I was on the March 26th sailing on the Reflection. There was one Concept2 Rower onboard. During our sailing there was a sign on the rower stating "Machine is temporarily out of service. Thank you for your understanding." The sign remained on the rower all week. Hopefully it's maintenanced before your sailing! :)

Thanks for the update. My sailing is almost a year away. Certainly enough time to fix, or decide they don't want to use the space for this machine. Time will tell ☺️

Do they have a heavy punching bag ?

I did not remember seeing a punching bag onboard. However, it is possible that I missed it! If they do have one, it would have been in one of the two smaller rooms they hold group classes in, and I didn't spend anytime in either of those rooms.

I did not see one. Nice gym though. I liked that you could go outside in front of the gym for some post workout air and stretching.
