E-Z Car Rental

Anyone used E-Z rent a car in FLL? Their rates are quite a bit lower -just wondered about service, etc.

I have never used ez. Every time I try a cheaper car rental company, I find it more painful than the money I saved. Maybe its my luck or lack thereof. I try to stay with Hertz or Alamo. I always find a competetive rate with them and the customer service is well worth it. You can do a search on google, there are boards out there with the discount codes to different rental companies.

I rented a car from FLL last weekend. I went on to Expedia, and got lots of quotes for lots of diffrent classes of cars. I wound up going with National, using my corporate rate instead. It was the cheapest. Also, very convenient, as I'm in the Emerald Club.

I usually go with my corporate rate at National, but last weekend they had no cars available. After checking the other companies, I tried Priceline and was able to get a standard car (2 door Monte Carlo) from AVIS for $25 a day.

Thanks for the replies - I think I will stick with a national company - I have had good luck with National as well as Avis in the past.
