C + A Discount ?

As Elite on Celebrity we are Diamond on Royal, and have only taken the one cruise.

 

I went to book another Cruise direct with Royal, and even after entering my C + A number, was offered no discounts for my ten day cruise.

 

Does the discount only apply on certain sailings, or cabins ?

 

As a newbie to Royal am trying to get my head around this.

The only C&A discount would be on balcony cabins. You can check out the Crown and Anchor section of the website for a full list of the benefits.

Our current booking on the Anthem shows $210 in C&A discounts for 2 inside cabins, and it's only our second cruise with Royal. Maybe it was a special?

There are C&A discounts for balconies on every sailing. There are other C&A discounts (balcony not required) on selected sailings and categories.
