Kettles on the Emerald?

Does anyone know if Princess provide kettles in the Staterooms, on their sailings from Southampton? We didn't expect them on the Sapphire around Asia but it seems the Chinese like to have tea in their cabins, so they were provided. Thanks

I am pretty sure kettles are provided ONLY on the ASIA MARKETED ships. I was recently on the Sapphire and had a little skinny green electric kettle. Never had a use for it, though.

JUST got the Diamond after 28 day cruise and three cabins.

Not a kettle in any of the three cabins.

To me kettles seem idiotic. Why not add microwaves, irons, nice selection of candles and matches. Seems like a disaster waiting to happen.

The British are used to their tea in the cabin. P&O have kettles on every ship.
