Rum Point is a geographical area of Grand Cayman, kind of their "cottage country" zone, and is unlikely to disappear unless there's a tidal wave or earthquake or something... :-)

 

In all seriousness, I assume you are actually referring to the Rum Point Club, a restaurant and beach bar located in Rum Point?

 

Yes, the Rum Point Club still exists, and is an excellent place to visit via rental car or cruise ship excursion. It can be very busy on weekends and holidays, however.
