We sailed on the 10th. I'm not sure which guy was what job. One of them made a remark about my husband's expression (he has resting bitchy face) to the audience and it was embarrassing to us both.

I just wanted to mention that the price increase you noticed with the drink package purchased on board was more than likely a Spring Break surcharge! :mad:

 

We cruised 2/28-3/6 and this happened to us. I called customer service once we got home after I noticed the drink packages for our upcoming cruise had the same price I was expecting to pay. After going back and forth with the representative, I was able to get a $72 credit for our 2 packages. Lesson learned for us...we will purchase before sailing if we decide we want the package.

If it was during a show, then the MC is generally the Cruise Director, which was Jeff Arpin. Marvin Wilson, the Activity Manager is Jamaican and incredibly high energy type guy.
