Currency Required

Would people advise us to take the currency of the places we are visiting on the trip as in Mexico, Jamaica etc or will we be okay just taking US dollars? We are taking excursions and hope to visit restaurants bars etc. When on shore.

As long as you are taking the standard Western Caribbean cruise, US dollars are accepted at all of your ports.
