We have never been to Langkawi, Malaysia before.

I was wondering what not to miss in Langkawi?? and what would you recommend doing here for the day??

Is there any private tour company's you would recommend??

Also has anyone done any snorkelling in Langkawi before??, if so is it any good there?

Any ideas / suggestions are very welcome :)

Langkawi is such a beautiful island! If you want to get to a nice beach, Tanjung Rhu on the north side of the island is perfect. Quiet and absolutely stunning! Our port day experience in Langkawi here.

We seem to be following you around the world getting all the great tips you provide. We will be in Langkawi in Dec 2016.

We used all you great info on Malta and had a great day in that port and saw so many things we would never have seen like the door knockers.

Thanks Sue

ah, Langkawi. I was there a couple of months back. ROCruiser is right that the Skycab is worth a visit. They claim that it is the steepest cable car ride in the world. Here are some videos I made of my experience.

If you are afraid of heights, you may want to reconsider this attraction.

Thank you for reading and the kind words. I am so glad that my reviews can benefit someone and that's one of the purpose that I keep in mind when I am posting. Hopefully others will not have to repeat our mistakes and can truly enjoy their vacations. Don't you think Malta is a great port to visit?

Thanks again! Have fun traveling!
