Pick an Everglades tour

Everglades Holiday Park, Billie Swamp Safari, or Sawgrass Recreation Park: which do you recommend?

Before or after the cruise? Which port, if after disembarking? Do you have the whole day or are heading to the port or airport immediately afterwards?

 

Billie Swamp Safari is at Big Cypress Preserve, an additional 45-60 minute drive each way than the other two. But if you have the time and really want to see the Everglades and not just take an airboat ride from a dock right next to the highway, I say go with them.

Post cruise. We arrive in Miami in Saturday, will take a shuttle to pick up a rental car at FLL, and then have the rest of the day available. We fly back Sunday.
